We have a pom pom jar at our house where I add pom poms when I catch my kids doing kind + thoughtful things for each other. Vegan Apple Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding with Good Karma Flax Milk

Apple Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding with Good Karma Flaxmilk

Ingredients:

4 Cups Good Karma Flaxmilk Original

1 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

3 Tbsp Confectioner's Sugar

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Agave Nectar

1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract

3 Apples Cored and Sliced

Additional Cinnamon + Confectioner's Sugar for topping.

Directions:

Combine Good Karma Flaxmilk + Chia Seeds. Stir well until combined. Next, add confectioner's sugar, cinnamon, agave nectar + vanilla. Stir into the pudding + divide into cups. Cover + refrigerate over night. 

Enjoy chilled or microwave for 30 to 60 seconds. Top with freshly sliced apples + sprinkled confectioner's sugar + cinnamon. 

 

Adaptation for young children/baby led weaning: Combine the Good Karma Flaxmilk, chia seeds, agave nectar + vanilla.  Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture. Then, add the confectioner's sugar and cinnamon to be enjoyed by the big kids + adults! 

 

Yields approximately 6 small Mason Jars.
