This St. Patrick’s day feast on something healthy + fun! Plus, it’s simple to make yet festive so it can feel like a party without the stress.

Things you’ll need for your St. Patrick’s Day feast:
Gluten free toast with ombré cream cheese
A pot of gold
Rainbow carrots
Rainbow chips
Fresh grapes

+ a little luck that they don’t eat it before you put it out. 🌈☀️
Shamrock Ombre Toast
Ingredients + Supplies:
Cream cheese or dairy-free cream cheese
Directions:
Toast the gluten free bread, let it cool. Cut the toast into a shamrock shape with a cookie cutter on a cutting board. Mix 3 small bowls of food coloring + cream cheese. Create 3 shades of green: dark, medium + light. Gently spread a dark layer of green cream cheese on the top of the shamrock. Next, spread the lightest color on the bottom. Then, spread the medium color in the middle + blend it into the other two shades.
Don’t have a shamrock cookie cutter available? Create the same ombre pattern on a full piece of toast! It is still cheery, fun, beautiful + tasty!
