5 Minute Frozen Yogurt Popsicles
Frozen yogurt popsicles are an easy treat for the busy mom. So easy, you only need two ingredients. Plus, they are nutritious + a fun twist on an ordinary snack. These super simple frozen yogurt pops are totally kid-friendly, yet healthy enough that the whole family may want to enjoy them.
One great quality of yogurt is the live probiotics in the convenient little containers. We love probiotics because they have so many health benefits. Current studies are revealing that probiotics can provide many benefits for gastrointestinal health. Many studies are also starting to suggest that probiotics can help reduce the incidence of food allergies. These little bugs are my favorite kind!

I used Stonyfield Oh My Yog! Lemon flavor yogurt + the Target brand sprinkles. I loved lemon yogurt as a kid! My boys love it, too! Breck sure is a lemon yogurt kid. The sprinkles sold in the Dollar Spot at Target are made in a gluten free + nut free facility, so helpful to have these as an allergy mom. We have popsicle molds from Ikea that are super easy to use + store in the freezer. And, Target does it again for the printed popsicle sticks. I also love the So Delicious Dairy Free vanilla yogurt for a dairy free option as well.
Directions:
Set up your popsicle molds on a clean counter. Open up the yogurt + scoop it into the popsicle molds. One container can fill about 2 1/2 of popsicle molds. Drop your sprinkles in the top of the popsicle molds + place the wooden stick into the center of the yogurt. So quick, as long as you are a little patient + try not to spill. Then, you have relatively no clean-up as well!
Place the frozen yogurt pops into the freezer + enjoy in a few hours!
My kids love yogurt for breakfast. This was a fun twist on the ordinary + a great way to start the day. Super easy to make for mom + minimal sugar added with the sprinkles. The sprinkles just add a fun little pop of fun at the top. Here in Denver, we've had a lot of 90 degree days this July, so yogurt pops are a cool way to start the day.
What's your favorite way to start the day?
