5 Minute Top 8 Free Salad Dressing
Food allergies sure can be life-changing. But, some of the change surely can be for good. Like, the need + desire to make more homemade food with ingredients that you can count on. Many salad dressings list "spices" or "natural flavors." For someone with a sesame allergy, like my son Bowan, products with "spices" or "natural flavors" are just a no-go. Also, mustard seed is often found in many dressings, but can be highly allergenic. Mustard seed + sesame seeds are both top allergens in Canada.
This dressing is free of the top 8 allergens + also free of sesame, mustard + garlic. This dressing is also plant-based + contains no preservatives. I love to feed my family plant-based, whole foods. A nutritious diet sure is important for a whole family.
This top 8 free salad dressing is super easy + quick to make. If you have 5 minutes + the fresh ingredients, this will be something you will love to make + your family will love to eat.
