Easy Cashew Crema for the Whole Family
Lime Cashew Crema
Dinner time. Snack time. Lunch time. What to make? What will everyone actually eat? Enter: cashew crema + for all.
Oh, hey! You don’t want to skip the fresh lime.
Cashew Crema Ingredients:
2 Cups Cashews
1 3/4 Cups Water
Juice of 1 Lime
1 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
To Dip:
2 Cups Cal-Organic Rainbow Baby Carrots
2 Cups Cal-Organic Bunch Rainbow Carrots
1 Bunch Cal-Organic Easter Egg Radishes
1 Cup Cal-Organic Broccoli
1 Cup Cal-Organic Green Beans
Directions:
Add all ingredients listed for the cashew crema to a blender. blend on high until well combined. Want to juice the lime easier? Heat the sliced lime in the microwave for 10 seconds + then squeeze into the blender.
Scoop the cashew crema into a bowl. Add candy eyes + a triangle carrot nose for the kids. Wash and slice the veggies. Enjoy!
Bottled lime + lemon juice can be useful to have on hand, but don’t skip the fresh lime here!
Do you have a baby or toddler? Add the cashew crema to a small bowl, add water and stir until well combined to make the mixture thinner. Enjoy!
