4 Simple Valentine’s Day Lunchboxes for Kids Instructions:

The Heart Throb (white plate):

Ingredients:

Two 5.3 oz containers of So Delicious Dairy Free Raspberry Coconut Yogurt Alternative

1 cup of frozen dragonfruit

3 cups gluten free pretzels

3 cups dairy-free white chocolate

1 package food coloring

2 cups fresh strawberries

2 fresh bananas

2 cups fresh raspberries

Parchment paper

Tooth picks or re-usable toothpicks

Mini heart cookie cutters

Directions:

Dragonfruit dairy free yogurt alternative

Place two 5.3 oz containers of So Delicious Dairy Free Raspberry Coconut Yogurt Alternative in a mixing bowl. Place 1 cup of frozen dragonfruit in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds to thaw. Stir together. Transfer to divided plates.

Tie-dyed chocolate pretzels

Gather two microwave safe bowls. Place 1 1/2 cups of the dairy-free white chocolate in each bowl. Microwave each bowl for one minute. Stir. Continue to microwave in 30 second increments until fully melted. Add food coloring to each bowl until desired color is reached. For purple chocolate: add equal drops of red and blue until desired purple shade is reached. Next, pour pink chocolate over purple chocolate in a swirl motion. Line an area of counter top with parchment paper. Dip pretzels into the multi-colored swirled chocolate, place on parchment paper to cool + dry.

Heart-shaped fruit kabobs

Wash strawberries + raspberries. Gather toothpicks or re-usable tooth picks + mini heart cookie cutters. Slice strawberries + bananas. Cut into hearts with cookie cutters. Place on tooth picks along with raspberries. Enjoy!

The Lovey-Dovey (purple plate):

Ingredients:

1 Cucumber

1 Bunch radishes

1 Package The GFB Coconut Cashew Bites

2 Bananas

1 Jar Maraschino Cherries

Directions:

Valentine’s Veggies:

Wash cucumber + radishes. Slice cucumber + radishes. Cut radishes into half-moon shapes. Cut hearts out of cucumber slices. Arrange veggies on the plate, including the cucumber heart cut-outs.

Coconut Cashew Bites:

Place The GFB Coconut Cashew Bites on plate. Simple! No prep involved!

Fruit Salad

Slice bananas + cut into heart shapes. Strain Maraschino Cherries. Arrange on the plate. Enjoy!
